These terms apply to your use of this website and to any free call you book through it. By using the site you agree to them. This website is operated by Herpes Consulting.
Paid coaching is covered by a separate agreement that you receive before you enrol. Nothing on this page replaces that agreement.
Herpes Consulting provides one on one coaching focused on confidence, dating, and the disclosure conversation for people living with HSV-1 or HSV-2.
This is not medical care. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe or advise on medication, interpret test results, or provide treatment of any kind. We are not doctors, nurses, therapists, or licensed mental health professionals, and coaching is not psychotherapy or counselling.
If you have symptoms, questions about testing, questions about medication, or questions about transmission risk, speak to a qualified healthcare provider. If you are in crisis or your safety is at risk, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your country.
Coaching outcomes depend on your circumstances, your effort, and factors outside anyone's control. Client experiences shown on this site are individual results. They are not typical, promised, or guaranteed, and you should not treat them as a prediction of your own outcome. We make no guarantee about your dating life, your relationships, or how anyone will respond to you.
The call is an unpaid conversation to see whether coaching is a fit. Booking one does not enrol you in anything and does not create any payment obligation. Either of us can decide it is not a fit.
Please arrive on time or cancel in advance if you cannot make it. Repeated no shows may mean we decline future bookings.
If you give us your mobile number, you agree that Herpes Consulting may text you about a call you booked, such as confirmations and reminders, to reply to messages you send us, and, if you are a coaching client, to send coaching related messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share mobile numbers or text message opt in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more.
You agree to give accurate information when you complete our questions, to be at least 18 years old, and to use the site lawfully. Decisions you make about your health, your relationships, and your disclosures are yours. You remain responsible for them.
What you share with us stays between us. Our free calls, the Clarity Call and the Reset Call, are not recorded. If you become an active coaching client, your coaching sessions may be recorded and transcribed with a note taking tool so your coach can track your progress. We will tell you at the start, this is up to you, and you can ask us to turn it off at any time. Recordings and notes are private and are used only to support your coaching. We do not post, share, or use anything you tell us as a testimonial without your explicit written permission.
We may need to act differently in the rare situation where we believe someone is at serious risk of harm, or where the law requires us to disclose something.
The text, video, and materials on this site belong to us. You may read and share links to them. You may not copy, resell, or republish them as your own.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or from a free call. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
This site uses third party providers for forms, scheduling, video calls, text messaging, and hosting. Their own terms apply to their part of the service, and we are not responsible for how they operate.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
