We collect the information you choose to give us, and some basic technical information about your visit. We use it to respond to you and to run the site. We do not sell it. We do not share your health information with advertisers, and we never use it to target ads at you.
Information you give us. If you complete the questions on this site, you may tell us about your diagnosis, your situation, and your circumstances. If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email address, and the time you selected. If you give us a mobile number, we collect that too. You choose what to share. You can use any name you like when booking.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive basic technical information such as your browser type, approximate region, the pages you viewed, and how you arrived here. This may be collected through cookies or similar technologies.
To understand whether coaching is a fit for you before a call. To contact you about a call you booked. To operate, secure, and improve the website. To measure, at an aggregate level, which sources bring people to the site.
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about a call you booked, such as confirmations and reminders, to reply to messages you send us, and, if you are a coaching client, to send coaching related messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
We do not share mobile numbers or text message opt in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our text messaging provider handles messages only to deliver them for us.
We advertise on Google. Google may record that a visit to this site followed a click on one of our ads, so we can measure whether our advertising works.
We do not build advertising audiences based on your visit here, and we do not use any health information you share with us for advertising. We do not run remarketing on this site. Google's own policies prohibit targeting people based on sensitive health categories, and we do not attempt to work around that.

We may also advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). The Meta Pixel on this site lets Meta record that a visit or a booking followed one of our ads, so we can measure whether our advertising works. We use third party providers to run parts of this site and business. Each holds only what it needs.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.
Calls are between you and your coach. Our free calls, the Clarity Call and the Reset Call, are not recorded. If you become an active coaching client, your coaching sessions may be recorded and transcribed with a note taking tool so your coach can track your progress. We will tell you at the start, this is up to you, and you can ask us to turn it off or delete a recording at any time. Recordings and notes are private, are used only to support your coaching, and are never shared or published. Nothing you say on a call is posted, shared, or used as a testimonial without your explicit written permission.
We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record keeping obligations, and then we delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will act on it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. We honour those rights regardless of where you are.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings, and you can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
This site and these services are for adults. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
